The submission of an order or the booking of an appointment acknowledges your understanding and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

We, here at Wedding Wishlist have created this website as a way to show you what products we offer and services we provide. 

Scheduling An Appointment
While walkins at our storefront are welcome, appointments are highly encouraged. We have created an easy appointment menu and form,  Schedule an Appointment - Wedding Wishlist (yourweddingwishlist.com) , that just gets the basics of your visit but enough information to let us know which staff needs to be available and while we do our very best to accommodate your requested date and time, we may reach out via email, text or phone to reschedule if need be. Upon scheduling an appointment on our website you will be emailed a confirmation of that appointment and will be texted a reminder about that appointment anywhere within 3-24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Once an appointment has been created, you can easily log back in to change or cancel that appointment should need be. 

Purchasing Online

Upon navigation of our website and our online store you will see we have created different categories for the different types of products we offer. We do our best to make sure inventory, product availability and prices are accurate but, occasionally a product may have an error listed or may no longer be available for purchase. If you purchase an item online that has a listing error or is no longer available, you will be notified via email, text or phone and offered solutions, if any, or a full refund for said item(s). 

Otherwise, yourweddingwishlist.com provides a safe and secure online order form. Upon submitting your order, an automated email is sent to acknowledge the purchase and payments are processed within 24 hours. 

Other Ways To Order

In Person - Many of the items listed on our website are available for purchase inside our storefront. Simply, visit our location anytime during normal business hours and shop away! 

Ordering by Phone - Customer Service representatives are available Tuesday - Friday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm CST to take your order(s), please call 314-831-3422 to place an order via phone. Order acknowledgement and/or a receipt will be emailed to the email address on file upon ordering.  Items will not ship until payment has been made. 

Payment Procedure

Payment is due in full at the point of purchase. We do offer a convenient Lay-A- Way program on gown purchases made in store only and over $100. A minimum of 25% down is required to start or 50% down if an item needs to be specially ordered. No additional fees will apply if paid within 90 days of a signed agreement. If the balance is not paid within 90 days of the signed agreement, we will begin to add a $40 fee to your balance for every 30 days that passes and you still carry a balance.

yourweddingwishlist.com accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Our website also allows you to pay using PayPal. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks for in person and mail in orders. All personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks must be made payable to: Wedding Wishlist

Currency is calculated in U.S. dollars (USD) only. We do not convert payments into other currencies. 

 Sales Tax
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Missouri address. Warrenton, Missouri sales tax is currently 10.475%. 

Selecting a Size
Size charts, sizes, fit and measurements vary between designers. We have tried to include a sizing chart with every dress listed on our website however, if a sizing chart is not listed one may not be available. Please contact us directly in regards to that product and we'll do our best to locate a sizing chart or determine chest, waist and hip measurements of that product. It is highly recommended to reference the size chart when choosing your size. 

Not sure of your size? Get measurements! Visit us in-store or have someone help you measure your bust, waist and hips, use those measurements to determine which size will fit you best. 

Garments are not custom-made to exact measurements or fit like normal clothing sizes. Almost all garments will need some type of alteration for the best fit.

You, the customer, are responsible for the size ordered and Wedding Wishlist, (yourweddingwishlist.com) cannot assume any responsibility for the size selected. We are unable to accommodate any changes to the size once an order has been placed.

Available Colors
Colors displayed on Wedding Wishlist's website may vary from the actual fabric color.

We ask to indicate the color you wish to order exactly as it is posted online. Many garments are available in multiple colors. You, the customer, are responsible for the color ordered.

Dye Lot Variation
Designers cannot standardize their dye lots so variation can occur between bolts of fabric. Most variations are slight or a shade off. Dye lot variation will occur with garments from the same vendor but different styles or with garments from different vendors. Colors are not standardized among vendors.

Vendor Restrictions
Wedding Wishlist abides by designer policies, which may include restrictions on the representation and availability of their collections. 

Sale Dresses 
Sale dresses are discontinued designer samples sold as is at deeply discounted prices. The No-Cancellation Policy applies, and we cannot accommodate exchanges, returns or refunds on any sale dress.

Customer Service is available Tuesday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm CST. Please contact Customer Service at 1-314-831-3422. Customer Service is available to answer general inquiries, take phone orders or check the status of an order.

General
yourweddingwishlist.com reserves the right to add, modify or remove any information on our site at any time without notification.

All purchases, appointments schedule and orders from our website are subject to approval.

Submission of an order acknowledges your understanding and agreement to the use of and purchase from Wedding Wishlist.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use this Website on any single computer for personal, non-commercial use. Wedding Wishlist may terminate this license without notice at any time and for any reason.

Force Majeure
yourweddingwishlist.com or its suppliers performance under these Terms and Conditions of use are subject to interruption and delay due to causes beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of any government, war or other hostility, civil disorder, the elements, fire, explosion, power failure, equipment failure, industrial or labor dispute, inability to obtain necessary supplies and the like.

Procedure for Alleging Copyright Infringement
yourweddingwishlist.com will respond appropriately to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), as set forth below. The foregoing indemnification obligation shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions the Website.
