Our items are shipped direct to you by one of our preferred shipping carriers, USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex and DHL. Depending on the item(s) and which warehouse they're coming from determines which carrier we choose. Upon ordering and once your item(s) are ready to ship you will be emailed a shipping notification along with a tracking number.
We currently offer these flat rate shipping options but, select products will have their own shipping rates that could be more or less then the rates displayed below.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all bridal and special occasion garments including but not limited to wedding gowns, bridesmaids, flower girl, mothers, wedding guest, suits and tuxedos, prom and homecoming dresses. All of our dresses are sized according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. If you're not sure of your measurements, please visit us in-store where we can take them for you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on any item that has been personalized, this includes but is not limited to t-shirts, signs, decorative items, invitations and/or other special keepsakes.
Otherwise within 5 days of receiving your item(s) you may return for a refund or exchange; you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To start the return or refund process we ask that you email email@example.com and indicate who you are, the product you purchased and why you want or need to return your item(s). If an item is damaged or broke upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of its arrival and we will provide for a full replacement or refund of said item(s) as well as pay, if needed, for the return shipping.
